Owner Comments:
Rates are based upon double occupancy. An added fee of $10 per guest per night for more than two guests will be charged for larger parties. $50 cleaning fee added for all rentals. Rates vary and depend upon number of guests, length of stay and time of year. A detailed rate schedule can be found on my website. Applicable taxes added to all rates (11.962%). Rates are subject to change without notice.

$100.00 deposit required at time of booking to hold reservation less than a month. $250.00 deposit required at time of booking to hold reservation one month or more.

Cancellations and Refunds:
All cancellations must be in writing (email OK). Full refund of deposit within 90 days of arrival upon notification unless deposit payment is made by credit card or PayPal, whereby a $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. All refunds will be made by check and mailed to you. If reservations are cancelled less than 90 days prior to the arrival date no refunds will be made.
