Our Deluxe ocean View units are fully
furnished with kitchenette/full kitchen
and include a microwave, refrigerator,
coffeemaker, electric cooktop, pots, pans and
utensils. There is a private line phone with
answering machine, VCR, and digital cable TV.
Linens and towels are provided. There is a
large 9 X 12 foot lanai with fabulous view from this
high floor condo.
The bus stops at the corner and can take you just
about anywhere on the Island for $1.50. Famous
Waikiki beach, restaurants, shops, theaters, and
entertainment are a short walk. Our condo has
been upgraded and we take pride in our beautiful &
cozy unit. The building has a large pool/ sundeck/
spa/ laundry/ convenience store and auto rental
agency. Public parking is available for $18.00 per
day. Please note: Our unit is non smoking
units.

The spacious 1 Bedroom/1 Bath units sleep up to 4 people and they rent for $3300/month in the winter and $2500 - $2700 the rest of the year. Weekly: $1000. We have long term studio rates (6-12 mo.) starting at $1500/ month. The rates depend of the unit, the season and the length of stay. Please inquire. We will do our best to accommodate your budget.
