Upon receipt, your Rental Period will considered booked and the unit will be held exclusively for your use during that period unless your Booking is cancelled. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A Security Deposit must be paid no later than two months prior to the beginning of the rental period, at the same time the Lease Agreement is submitted. Any Reservation Deposit previously paid should be applied to the Security Deposit. Lodging Tax: 12.95% Cleaning Fee: $157.00 Cancellations and Refunds: Your right to cancel: Cancellations should be in writing, sent via e-mail (preferred), fax, courier, or regular mail. You may cancel your reservation at any time prior to signing the Lease Agreement. Once the Lease Agreement is signed and ratified, the lease may not be cancelled, and you must perform the financial obligations of the Lease Agreement. Prior to signing the Lease Agreement, the Reservation Deposit is fully refundable provided you cancel more than 90 days prior to the commencement of your rental period. Otherwise, the Reservation Deposit is forfeited. Our right to cancel: Prior to ratifying the Lease Agreement, we may cancel a booking at any time for any reason, in which case all Deposits will be promptly refunded, regardless of when this occurs. We shall have no further obligations to you and you shall have no further obligations to us. We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur due to such a cancellation. Therefore, we highly recommend that you obtain travel cancellation insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
