Aloha,
I want to thank the Batkin Family for allowing us to share their little piece of heaven. The condo was everything and more. We enjoyed watching the turtles in the early morning from the lani and the awesome sunsets on the beach in the evening. It was hard to say goodbye at the end of our stay. What a wonderful vacation we had at 1308 - very special memories. . . . forever . . .

When you said "Komo mai Nou Ka hale" (come on in the house is yours) you really ment it. The welcoming environment and hospitality we have recieved here had been wonderful. We really enjoyed the Batkin Family's "Slice of Paradise". The condo is very nicely decorated and clean. We didn't need to bring a thing except our bathing suits. I highly recommend not leaving the beach for the entire week because there is no greater place to be. We'd like to thank the Batkin's and let them know we plan to come back every year.
