Other Vacation Rentals Information: Owner Comments: $165/night-- Maile Tree House Upstairs 1Bdrm/Queen - *$80 cleaning fee $100/night-- The Garden Suite Downstairs 1Bdrm/King or Twins- *$50 cleaning fee $200/night-- Maile Tree House & Garden Ste 2Bdrm-- *$120 cleaning fee The Garden Suite is always available as a 2nd bedroom and never separately booked when the Treehouse is occupied~~~ available seperately during selected times only, please inquire. Payment Options:  Personal Check Deposits: $250-$500 security and damage deposit check is held uncashed, shredded upon nonuse Lodging Tax: 8.25% Cleaning Fee: 50-120 Cancellations and Refunds: Full payment is collected upon booking and deposited 60 days prior to the reservation. There is a $75 fee for CANCELLATIONS made before the deposit date. In the event you find it neccessary to cancel after your deposit date, we will refund you for the nights we are able to rebook, and will make every effort to do so. Travel Insurance is recommended for the reimbursement of cancelled bookings.
