Santa's by the Sea Bed & Breakfast is one of the North Shore's only fully licensed Bed & Breakfast Establishments. Founded in 1984, Gary and Cyndie Quinn, your hosts, have been privileged with thousands of wonderful guests over the past two decades. Your hosts live in the upstairs home, completely separate from Santa's. A beautifully landscaped yard along with a 14 step walk to the beach welcome you to the beautiful North Shore of O`ahu...the Surf Capital of the World. Santa's has featured in Frommer's for over 20 years.

There is a limited ocean view from Santa's, but Santa's Beachfront Gazebo provides a sweeping ocean vista. From there, it is a mere 14 steps down to our quiet, pristine, and beautiful beach. Famous beaches that are just a short walk away include the Banzai Pipeline, Sunset, and Rocky Point. Waimea Bay is just two miles away.

We encourage guests to bring snorkeling gear, but rental gear is readily available near Foodland...our grocery store located one mile from the house. Our small and quaint town of Haleiwa is 5 miles south. The Hilton Turtle Bay Country Club, Golf Course, Tennis, Horseback Riding, and Resort is also 5 miles away, to the north. Sunsets can be seen year-round, and humpback whales are seen jumping from February to May. Big surf is from November thru March...calm surf from May thru September.

Our guests occupy a living area of 750 square feet. The master bedroom has a King bed and an antique bench that can double as a child’s bed. The living room has a pull out trundle-type day bed that can sleep two adults. All rooms are cedar walls, and the décor is part country, part old world island style with baskets, rattan, and wicker furniture.

A complete kitchen includes full-size refrigerator-freezer, microwave, cooking utensils, amenities, and first-day welcome food. Basic condiments are well supplied. We do not provide a daily breakfast in the traditional B&B sense, but you do have the freedom to get up when you want and eat what you want!

2 color TV's, 2 DVD players & VCR, stereo with music tapes, assorted videotapes, and ample closet space and suitcase storage are provided. Feel free to bring your own CD music selections. Free wireless internet access as well as a desktop is provided 24/7 and long distance calls to the mainland US are also free. Beach chairs, mats, and towels are also provided.

There is an incredible outdoor hot/cold moss-rock shower in addition to an indoor shower...towels, soaps and convenience amenities are plentiful. You may also want to utilize the great Stainless Steel Gas Barbecue. Dozens of paperback books are supplied. A complimentary washer and dryer are located on the side of the house.

The property has a remotely operated electric entry gate so that our guests can open the gate, drive on in, and close the gate behind while never leaving their car. Guest parking is provided on the right side of the driveway, beneath the three large coconut trees. Motion detector lights provide security and night-time convenience. Electronic Door Locks offer easy and convenient access.

A romantic gazebo offers a quiet area to watch sunsets and get out of the mid-day sun. A peaceful garden waterfall and fishpond welcome you on to the property.
