While vacationing at our unit, enjoy our spacious comfort with 1532 SF of room to move about. Sit back and relax, enjoy your special time on Kauai in a setting of aromatic scenery and tropical beauty. This is what the Puamana condo complex does their best to achieve for you. A large gated pool just across the parking area from us sparkles with the sun waiting for your swim work out. We feature 2 Bedrooms, and 2 full baths with separate vanities. There are 3 comfortable Queen beds, and a King daybed that also converts to 2 twins. Our spacious townhouse will accommodate up to 8 people. A bright and full service kitchen features a wet bar, plus many utensils and storage areas, enabling you to create a large meal or just a snack. Perhaps a round or 2 of golf? You don't have to go far, as the Princevillegolf Club features 2 Robert Trent Jones beautifully landscaped courses; Prince and Makai greens! These courses are available for your play, plus a gym, sauna and spa treatment! Afternoon late play is available, and may be discounted. Need to take care of business? We have FREE High Speed Cable for your Internet laptop, set up at a desk work area. Comfortable furniture helps you unwind and relax while enjoying the DTV/DVD, AM/FM or CD. Choose a book in our paperback library, trading one for one you haven't read yet! A washer & dryer are available in the unit. Settle back with a cooling beverage! Enjoy ceiling fans and jalousie windows that enhance the Trade Wind breeze to cool our unit. The new roof features solid insulation making the unit at least 10 degrees cooler. The upstairs master suite has an ocean view Lanai. Go through the sliding door to a private view of the blue Pacific, or those magnificient sunsets! Come lounge by a large 3' x 8' deep pool just across the parking area. Gated for childs safety and protection with lounging area for working on that tan. Take a rough dirt trail at the end of Wyllie Rd down to a secluded section of Anini beach. Enjoy some private time with an ocean swim, snorkel, beachcombing, or a romantic picnic. There is also a great view of Kilauea Light. Multitudes of colorful blossoms and greens enhance your view while walking out towards the bluff to view the sunset. Watch the whales in winter and early spring as they swim and play, going right past our coastline. View a distant Kilauea Point Lighthouse and Bird Sanctuary to the East, or a magnificient Bali Hai sunset to the West! 2. Our rental rate is $85 per night, (3 night min.), plus 12.44% Hawaii tax, $20 energy and $150 cleaning.
A 30 daymonth reduces the rate further to: $2500.00, plus 12.44% HI tax, $75 energy, and 2 cleanings at $150 each.

Deposits:
A $500 Security Deposit is required at time of reservation. This is refundable upon return of the key and cleaner report.
Last minute reservations, (Less than 30 days), are paid in full, with deposit, at time of reservation.

Cancellations and Refunds:
A refund is given only if another renter is available to fill those dates cancelled. The deposit then becomes a cancellation fee.

The entry and kitchen area have laminate floors, with w/w carpet throughout. 2 ceiling fans enhance the cooling Trade Wind breezes into our Townhouse. A wall of jalousie windows. 20' ceilings. Puamana Condos new roof with solid insulation reduces interior temperatures by at least 10 degrees. The Common area has a "Cutting Garden", so you may get fresh flowers for your table! Great views of the blue Pacific Ocean, Bali Hai, and Kilauea Lighthouse from the bluffs and Anini Beach. During winter months, Sea Birds and whales migrate to Hawaii for breeding. See whales glide by the bluffs playing together on their way to their breeding grounds. Enjoy the everchanging palette of evening sunsets off Bali-Hai Point. Princeville Airport has Helicopter tours, Zodiac boat charters take you on a snorkel and lunch tour of the coast. There are many types of beaches to visit. At Kilauea Light, see annual Sea bird nesting and breeding in season and whales migrating past our North shore bluffs, best seen with binoculars at the Lighthouse. Charter a boat to see them up close! Wow! What a memory!! The rough dirt trail to Anini Beach brings you to a secluded section of beach for your ocean swim or snorkel.
