Affordable, one bedroom, ocean front condo with a view is just 20 yards from the ocean.. Complete kitchen with new appliances, king size bed, TV/VCR,DVD, CD player. This non smoking unit is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. Comes complete with hair dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, boggie board, and even a snorkel and mask. Full kitchen includes cooking spices and lots of extras. Lovely condo is very well maintained and
located right next to the best snorkeling beach on Kauai where you can swim with the Green Turtles, watch the Monk Seals, and during migration, enjoy the whales. Cable and free high speed internet are in the unit.
The complex has a lovely pool, BBQ area, beautiful gardens, and is next to Prince Kuhio Park. A laundry room is on site. Local phone calls are free and there is an answering maching for your convience, but you must have a calling card for long distance calls.
