This truely is Paradise because the estate is located on the east end of the island, where the trade winds are always coming off the channel and the mountains are green. We caught what the Hawaiians call an "ulua" right off Honomuni Beach, and we cooked it right on the grill. Absolutely delicious. If you want amenities such as pools and Jacuzzis and tennis courts you won't get that, but what you do get--peace, privacy, and clean water--certainly makes up for it!
