Vacation Rental Home Description

Enjoy the shimmering sea and soaring mountains from
either the 6 bedroom, 4 bath or the 4 bedroom, 4 bath
unit. The waters of the Hawaiian Islands' largest bay,
Kaneohe Bay, come into the back yard of the house.

Paddle out from the back yard in our two 2-person
kayaks. Enjoy the corals and fish inside this protected
bay.

Also provided are boogie boards, beach mats, towels,
chairs, toys and coolers. Take them to the beautiful 3-
mile long, white sand Kailua beach just a 2 mile drive
from the house.

Why stay in noisey, bustling cities when you can awaken
to the cooing of the doves and the trade winds rustling
through the giant golden bamboo grove and the coconut
trees? Enjoy the papayas, coconuts, passion fruit and
bananas when in season.

Rates vary depending on # of guests & # of bedrooms.

Ask about our 10% discount for last minute reservations (made less than 30 days prior to arrival). $150 discount on weekly rental fees from May-October is A/C is not used. The reservation deposit may be paid with check or with a credit card. Lodging Tax: 12% Cleaning Fee: $350.00 Cancellations and Refunds: Any cancellation made more than 60 days prior to arrival receives a full refund of the reservation deposit. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival forfeits the entire reservation deposit unless we are able to rent the same unit to another party for the same length of time. Other Fees: Refundable security deposit of $400 against major damage, major dirt, and running the air conditioners with the doors and windows open or while you are not in the unit.
