Ali'i Palms decor is Island Style and is the upper level of a family home. It is fully functional as its own unit and offers the utmost in privacy. Even though you have neighbors, you might never know they exist due to the lay of the land and landscaping.
From the lanai, drink a cup of fresh Kona Coffee, try some of the local fruit and watch the daily joggers, walkers, bikers, and surfers as they travel the royal road (Ali'i means Royal) which runs along the Pacific ocean of the Kona Coast.
The O'hana, family consists of the kitchen, dining and living room in one space, offering you the ability to socialize and interact with your family, while taking in the view. If you need some space and solitude, retreat to one of the ample sized rooms, each with its own sitting area as well as a queen-size bed. The Ginger Room has it's own bath, while the Pineapple room has a view of the mountains. The lanai is always nice in the afternoon!
