This beautiful ocean view villa is located in a gated neighborhood right in the heart of Kona. You can not find a nicer home with luxury furnishings and beautiful ocean views for less. This home does not have a swimming pool but it is less than a mile and half to the Islands most popular swimming / snorkeling beach. You cant swim with tropical fish and sea turtles in a swimming pool.
This home has nice areas to sit outside and enjoy the warm evenings and beautiful sunsets. It sits on a 1/2 acre with huge grassy lawns and tropical landscaping. The interior is just beautiful with furnishings from throughout the Pacific. There is also high speed Internet and Premium cable channels. The master bedroom has a King bed and private bath, the second bedroom has a queen and the third has two twins. Don't pay more for a stripped down vacation home with used hotel furniture.
