Private units include one suite, with ocean view, and two deluxe studios, with garden views, all can interconnect, with your choice of king, queen or twin sleeping arrangements. The suite has a private outdoor Jacuzzi and a queen canopy bed with a single sleep sofa. Each hideaway unit has its own bathroom, deck, kitchenette, cable television with DVD/CD player, telephone, clock radios, a library of activities on the island, restaurant menus, and books on Hawaiiana. Free off street parking and laundry facilities. WiFI accessable. Member of the Kailua Chamber of Commerce, Hawaii Better Business and a licensed facility.

Short notice bookings, payment required in full to confirm reservations. Lodging Tax: 11.91% Cleaning Fee: $55.00 Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations or Changes: Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations 30 days prior will be refunded their deposit less a one-day stay, if we cannot rebook. If we can rebook, your full deposit is returned, less a $45 processing fee. Cancellations less than 14 days, will forfeit full payment unless we can rebook. Refund will be based upon the number of days we can rebook, less a $45 processing fee. All changes in reservations will be assessed an additional $25 processing fee. Deposits must be received within 12 days of booking or are subject to cancellation. Other Fees: Third person in room $25 night. Check In: 3:00PM Check Out: 10:00AM Required Stay: 3 night mimimum.
