Two adults and three children stayed comfortably in this cottage from 8/6 - 8/13/06. The cottage is close to Lahaina, Kaanapali, and Kapalua. From this cottage we visited Kaanapali, Kahekili, and Napili beaches quite easily. If you're interested, Gold's Gym is very close. Great shopping at Whaler's Village is just minutes from the cottage off Kaanpali Parkway. A Safeway grocery store is located in Lahaina's Cannery Mall. The cottage as well as the International Colony Club is quiet, clean and friendly. Parking is free! The kitchen had all necessary items and was easy to work in. Laundry facilities included a washer and dryer located in the house (the back door opened to a bird of paradise bush and the fragrance of a plumeria tree - mmmmm). The pool was used infrequently by the community the week we were there (we used it everyday). Most meals were eaten on the lanai which looked out on the ocean and the island of Lana'i.
We highly recommend this cottage to couples, families and friends. We definitely plan on returning.
