• There will be a $30 per day minimum incidentals deposit.
• Parking fee is $13 per day.
TERMS
I accept Paypal, which allows credit card payment. You must use a verified address to use paypal. This must be paid for before the rental is secured. Renter must be at least 21 years of age and must possess credit card for security deposit and incidentals upon check in as with all major hotels and resorts. Must agree to follow all rules including not exceeding the sleeping capacity of 5 and no pets. Fees subject to change by the resort at any time. is not responsible for fees charged by the resort such as parking, rollaway, beach service, taxes, activities, incidentals, gratuities, meals, etc... All transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer also.
All sales are final. No refunds for cancellation.
