Vacation Rental Home Description

This charming, circular 3 bedroom, 2 bath home lies just 200 feet from the beach. It has a partial ocean view and you can walk to the beach in less than a minute. The beach out front is great for swimming and snorkeling (seasonal). If you want to google it, the address is:7243 Alamoo Rd. It is easy to see, it is the only round house and there is an empty lot with trees across from it that is beach front.

Open beamed living and dining areas provide for spacious and relaxed enjoyment with stunning views of both ocean and mountains. Wake up to the beautiful melodies of jungle birds, take a short walk to the beach for snorkeling, or enjoy warm island breezes as you dine on the wrap-around lanai. Sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably but can sleep up to 8 max.

Living Rooms
There are several generous common areas in this house, including the 600 square foot covered lanai. The main floor living and dining areas are furnished to accommodate 6 or 8 people very comfortably. There is a modern entertainment center in the living room, including TV, DVD player, and CD player. We have a collection of movies that were filmed on Kauai including Elvis' Blue Hawaii, Raiders of the Lost Ark and Jurassic Park. There are also video rental shops in Hanalei and Princeville. We've also got a collection of books (including some for children), jigsaw puzzles and games.

The kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary cooking and eating utensils including every modern appliance. There is even an ice cream maker. There are grocery stores in Hanalei, Princeville and Kapaa.

There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa bed in the living room.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a twin bed, walk-in closet and bath including a double-headed shower. Located on the main floor, the master suite takes full advantage of the vaulted beam ceilings and unique "tree house" design. You can fall asleep to the song of tropical rain falling on the roof and wake up to the call of the birds in the trees that are right outside the windows. On most mornings, you can see dozens of waterfalls on the mountains, just by stepping out of bed and onto the lanai. It's a deeply peaceful, restful spot, with all of the modern conveniences

Downstairs Bedroom
Note: The two bedrooms located on the ground floor are accessed by an outside separate entry only. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor of this house. The imported spanish tile floors in these rooms are cool and comfortable to walk on. One room has a queen-sized bed and the other has a queen-sized bed. All necessary towels and bed linens are provided. Both bedrooms access a paved, covered patio that looks out onto the lushly landscaped private yard surrounding the house. Each room has a ceiling fan and plenty of dresser and closet space.
