This lovely two bedroom detached Grenada villa is
ideal accommodation for a family holiday rental, or
the perfect location for the romantic honeymoon and
the self catering holiday maker.

The villa is situated within it's own lush tropical
grounds, with a commanding view of Lance Aux
Epinés Bay & the Caribbean Sea, in a fashionable
and exclusive residential area on the south west
coast of the island.

The indoor patio area is the focal point of the villa
and this offers complete privacy.

Here, breakfast can be taken to a chorus of
songbirds while at sundown you can enjoy a rum
punch or two to the sound of the night creatures
stirring from their slumber. Or, why not relax and
ease away your cares by taking a dip in the pool
under the stars of the Caribbean sky?

Maid Service
Our housekeeper will attend to the housework during
your stay. If desired, she will cook you a local dish.
Other maintenance staff attends the house so as to
maintain your ultimate privacy (eg no live in staff)

Children Under 15 years are considered free of charge. An additional rate during High Season, Xmas, Easter & Whitsun (May ) for 4 persons: Add $200.00 per week to the listed weekly rate. Low Season for 4 persons - An additional rate during Low Season: Add $100.00 per week to the listed weekly rate Mid Season - An additional rate during this period for 4 persons: Add $150.00 to the listed weekly rate Monthly rates are by negotiation only and are already offered at a discounted rate of a one week rental free period. Until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice. All rates are subject to a 10% service charge. Payment Options:  Money Order  Cashiers Check  Personal Check Deposits: A deposit of 25% of the rental must be sent with your booking form in order to confirm the booking. If your booking is within 8 weeks of the arrival date you must send the total rental. On receipt of your payment and booking form we will send you a confirmation letter and a final invoice. Lodging Tax: 10 % Cancellations and Refunds: If you have to cancel your booking please telephone immediately and confirm your cancellation in writing by first class post. After we receive your cancellation we will do our very best to re-let these dates. If we are successful you will be refunded monies less your deposit and our advertising costs. If we are unable to re-let these dates, you are liable to the full balance due on the final invoice. We reserve the right to cancel or alter the booking arrangements. If cancellation by us is necessary we shall be liable only for the return of booking monies received.
