$100 security deposit; refundable w/i 10 days after satisfactory unit inspection. $50 Guest Service Fee.

MY SON, HUSBAND, AND I CAME DOWN AND SPENT 4 DAYS IN THIS CONDO IN 2004. WISHED WE COULD HAVE SPENT 2 WEEKS!!! IT IS VERY LOVELY,HAS EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLE NEED OR WANT! THE FOOD IS GREAT AT THE ON SITE GRILL AND WALKING DISTANCE TO OTHER GOOD RESTAURANTS. I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
