Vacation Rental Home Description
Villa "Mersa Bareika", Route de Biot, VALBONNE (25 minutes from the NICE Airport). Situated in a residential "domaine" on a two-lane road seven minutes walk from the charming, arcaded 16th century village of Valbonne with its chops and excellent restaurants.
Less than ten miles (15 minutes) by car from Antibes beaches, museums and chopping. Two minutes drive to the Valbonne-Opio golf course (18 holes).
This modern, gated, two-story villa is situated on one-third of an acre with a lovely garden and a 13 by 13 foot pool onto the spacious front lawn, which is ideal for a fresco dining. There is a pool house adjoining the pool with a barbecue.
The villa is of classic Provencale design, with French doors opening onto the lawn from the large 18 by 20 foot living room, which is light, airy and furnished in summer colors.
Also, on the ground floor level is a 9 by 20 foot modern kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, a dining area and a 5 by 6 foot powder room (sink and toilet). Upstairs there are four bedrooms and two bath. The master bedroom is 18 by 20 foot with French doors opening onto a full terrace.
The larger bath (8 by 9 foot) has a tub, sink and toilet. The other bedrooms are 10 by 11foot, 10 by 10 foot and 9 by 10 foot and the second bathroom (7 by 9 foot) has a small shower, toilet and sink.
Rental includes linens, electricity.
