Our VeniceFloridavacationbeach house rental is a very large Floridavacation rental house and has 3 large bedrooms, a sleeper couch and 2 full bathrooms. It has a separate living room, a dining room and an outdoor screened in sitting area (lanai). Plus, it has a brand new electric heated pool in a new caged area with a patio. It is quite beautiful. Also, it features central air conditioning and has a washer dryer plus a very nice back yard.
Our Floridavacation rentals home is a very roomy vacation home. The master bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2) and has all new furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom has a double bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that are also brand new dressers. Our Sunroom includes 2 sleeper couches (sleeps 2-4). Plus, all bedrooms have good sized closets and both bathrooms are full size and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination.
Our Venicebeach rental house is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch and recliner chair, cable TV, kitchen appliances and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. We even have a desk for those who wish to bring a computer. Plus, the back yard features a brand new heated pool with a patio and is filled with trees and flowers and is much more private than a vacation condo or apartment.
Our Floridavacation rental house also has a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Plus, of course heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines.
Plus, we have a wonderful back yard patio with fruit trees and a charcoal grill.
Our VeniceFloridarentalbeach house is also a 5 minute walk to the best beach in Venice and a few minutes more to Sharkey's seafood restaurants and the Venice Pier where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset.
