A large heated pool - big enough for every game you can think of and lots of seating for the party poopers who ‘don't want to get their hair wet' (throw them in anyway). Your gorgeous heated pool has brand new heating machinery - indicative of the owner's care in their property.
An air-conditioned pool house doubles your entertainment space with a bar, table and chairs and sofa - kids will hide here as others seek - while adults will like the chance to read in certain peace and quiet. Fish netting above the bamboo bar makes it pretty clear: Its always 5 o'clock right here.
The living room's high vaulted ceilings carry fantastic Florida breezes and the terrazzo tile floors - well, they feel pretty great, too. Dark blue micro fiber couches sit prettily next to white wicker rockers and side tables - while the large space means the ambiance stays bright, uncluttered and airy. Coming for the holidays? A fireplace with handsome mantle shelf and available central heating make this property fantastic all year round.
Wifi internet is ready and working from the minute you arrive - travelling without this life-line can be so frustrating.
The kitchen has everything you'll need, including a garbage disposal (because kids used to one at home will never learn otherwise). Yellow walls suggest fresh lemonade and fresh muffins as vacation staples - and a breakfast nook with white wicker seating keeps your happy campers close. A brand new dining table in dark wood seats eight on modern chairs with white cushions.
From home, it's just three blocks to the beach - grab your banana-seat bike or race there in flip-flops. How many shark's teeth can you find in the sand? Downtown Venice is nearby, too. Venice Florida is actually a small island surrounded by breathtaking bays and is perfect for those looking for a vacation of low key sailing, kayaking or boating. In addition, Venice has several wonderful beaches the best of which include Casperson Park, Nokomis Beach and Brohard Park which includes the popular Venice pier.
Venice Florida is known for its pristine white beaches and the prehistoric sharks teeth that can be found here.
Venice Beach Florida itself has a population of only about 18,600 people in the summer and about 24,000 people in the winter.
Today, the city of Venice Florida has many fine amenities, including a yacht club, community center, community theater and professional dinner theater, an art center, library and many fine restaurants.
It is just a wonderful location. Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida, one and a half hours from Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida. Also near Florida beaches including Venice beaches, Brandenton Florida beach, Englewood Beach Florida, Laurel Florida, Siesta Key Florida beaches, Casey Key Florida beach and Sarasota Florida beaches.
Activities nearby include beach, golf, swimming, boat and jet ski rental, para sailing, and fishing from the Venice Florida pier. Other close activities include baseball, bowling, more golf, putt-putt golf, tennis, movies, museums, shopping malls, library, etc.
One great seafood restaurant (Sharkeys) is only a short drive away. Sharkey's is next to the Venice Florida pier and is great for watching the sunset and hearing live guitar music. It is really fun. Also, the home is walking distance to the cute Venice Airport (small airplanes only). There is a very fun restaurant called the Aerosquadron restaurant.
Down town Venice has great specialty shops, fabulous seafood restaurants and a great community theatre.
Sarasota Florida is only 15 minutes away by car. Nearby restaurants include Outback, Carrabba's, Bonefish and lots more.
