This Venice Island home is newly furnished. The home includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a well-equipped luxury kitchen, a Florida Room overlooking private backyard, and beautifully decorated family room with two new queen-size sofa sleepers. The house sleeps 6 most comfortably in bedrooms or up to 10 in a pinch using sofa sleepers. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, the third bedroom has
two twin beds. The home has two full bathrooms with new cherry vanities - one with a bath/shower combination and the second bathroom is brand new with a larger, ceramic tile shower & double vanities. The spacious backyard is much more private than a condo or apartment. Orange and grapefruit trees on property with juicer in kitchen!

Other amenities include: cable TV in all bedrooms and in the family room; DVD/VCR in family room; extensive free movie library; growing book collection; barbecue grill; linen closet; washer/dryer; brand new dishwasher; brand new cook-top oven; disposal; refrigerator; microwave; ironing board and iron; board games; rolling beach cart, beach chairs, beach cooler; beach towels; & carry bag. We enjoyed our stay at your wonderful house again this year! The house is really well stocked...the only thing we could think of is you might want to leave some more extra light bulbs in case they need replacing..that would be handy. We had perfect weather as usual and we are just crazy about this adorable town:).
