Unique feature - guests can also rent a very similar 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home right next door in case you want to stay close to friends or family but still have your "own space." (perfect for girls getaways, guys golf trips, reunions, corporate retreats, wedding groups, extended family/friends.)

For a little sunset watching and live music, the home is a short few minute walk to the very popular Sharky's ocean-front bar & restaurant and Venice Pier for fantastic fishing. We have a responsible local babysitter with very reasonable rates for kids/grandkids. Close to Island's public golf course &tennis courts & short drive to five challenging public and semi-private golf courses. The home is a short 2 block/2 minute walk to the beach & close to the historic town center filled with Northern Italian architecture, charming boutiques, antique stores and first-rate restaurants.
