All rates quoted are for our one-bedroom villas. Our Two-Bedroom Rates are as follows: Holiday Season (December - January) = $145/Night; $900/Week; $2,900/Month. Winter Season (February - April) = $165/Night; $1,100/Week; $3,600/Month. Value Season (May - November) = $125/Night; $800/Week; $2,200/Month. Base rates quoted do not include a mandatory 12% Florida State Occupancy Tourist Tax and a cleaning fee which will be added to the base rental rates quoted. A $50.00 cleaning fee will be charged for our one-bedroom villas. A $75.00 cleaning fee will be charged for our two-bedroom villas.

No refunds will be issued unless a written notice of cancellation is postmarked and received by Venice Vacation Rentals no less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.

A $50.00 cleaning fee (one-bedroom villas) or a $75.00 cleaning fee (two-bedroom villa) will be added to base rental rates quoted. A 12% State of Florida Tourist Tax is also required. CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS REQUIRE 3% ADDITIONAL PROCESSING FEE.

Located directly on the beach; all accommodations include: fresh linens and towels upon arrival; full furnished villas; full equipped kitchen; huge Olympic size swimming pool. Families and children are always welcome. SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED and NO SMOKING PLEASE.
Other Attractions:
Take a walk along the miles of golden, sandy, uncrowded beach to search for shells or fossilized shark’s teeth. Venice is known as the "Shark's Tooth Capital of the World". Sunbathe, swim, or fish in the surf.

Enjoy golfing at any one of the seven public golf courses located within the Venice area. At nearby Fisherman’s Wharf, you can rent a Jet Ski or boat, go parasailing or water-skiing, rent scuba & snorkel gear, or even adventure out on a deep-sea fishing charter. You may also try catching that big one at the Venice public 750-foot long fishing pier.

Stroll along Venice Avenue in the historic downtown area of Venice that is very much alive with exciting activities, shopping and dining. Browse the many quaint specialty shops. Play tennis at the municipal courts located just beyond the downtown area.

There are many area restaurants with several of them having an oceanfront or waterfront view. These include: Sharkey's on the Pier (a must - Sunday night is “Reggae Nite” featuring a live Calypso Band), Marker 4 Oyster Bar which has a Friday night fish fry, and The Crows Nest Marina Restaurant. For those landlubbers, try the unique Squadron 44 at the Venice Municipal Air-Port, Luna Ristorante (great Italian fare), Ntinos Pizzeria and Restaurant (inexpensive and plentiful), Saltwater Café (superb seafood), Goldrush Barbeque (great baby back ribs), and MI Pueblo Mexican Ristorante (muy bueno Mexican food and Mariachis too).

All shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, Bon Secours Hospital, golf, tennis, charter-fishing, pier-fishing, and water sports (snorkeling, diving, sailing, parasailing, jet ski rentals) are within a 5-10 minute drive.

Other area attractions include: Sarasota Kennel Club Dog Racing, Ringling Brothers Circus and Art Museums, the Mote Marine Aquarium and Laboratory, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, The Gulfcoast Wonder and Imagination Zone, and the Museum of Cars and Music which are all located in Sarasota only 30 minutes north of Venice. Fort Myers is 1 hour south; Tampa and Busch Gardens is 1.5 hours north; Orlando/Disney is 2.5 hours northeast.
