It does have a great view of the golf course but the cart path is not behind the home. It is in a gated community . The home is light and bright with vaulted ceilings. It will be spotlessly clean upon your arrival. It has two bedrooms and a den as well as the large great room overlooking the kitchen area. There is a screened lanai which is a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The home has a double garage as well.
