Being in the heart of SOHO-Hyde Park, with less than 1 mile walking distance to downtown, University of Tampa and Tampa General Hospital this is the perfect waterfront location in Tampa. March 2012: we had a great stay even though I was there for a serious medical procedure. I spent every day and night in your home I think I'm more than your normal review. I felt like I was at home and that made all the difference in my recovery. I needed to feel like I was home after all, I never left your home unless I was having my medical procedures done which was only four days. The rest of the time I spent inside your home. I didn`t even go out to dinner so thank you both for making me feel as comfortable as I would have been at home. I would love to use another one of your properties when I am well again! April 2012: I had heard so much about renting a home in South Tampa, that my family and I actually decided to try it out, you know, actually ENJOY the place your paying for, and not only use it as a place to sleep. Sep 2012: A friend and I rented your 2 room suite with my girls. We chose your location because we both love the Soho / Hyde Park area. We spent our days using your wonderful fitness facility, lounging by the pool, and shopping nearby Hyde Park Village. We finished our evenings off by walking the block or so to Bern’s Steakhouse and catching up over dinner and wine. Everything was luxurious, relaxing, and perfect! Thank you.

| Deposit: Accidental Damage Waiver: An Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) fee of $90 is added on to all rentals. ADW is a non-refundable fee whereby ...net assumes the liability associated with minor accidental damages to the leased premises or its contents during the Tenant’s occupancy. ADW is not insurance, nor should it be interpreted as such. This allows ...net to waive your responsibility for reported accidental damage up to a maximum aggregate amount of $2,000.00. The damage waiver becomes effective upon check-in and terminates at departure or 11:00 A.M. on the last day of the lease term (“check-out time”), whichever occurs first.
Unreported damages, non-accidental damages, excluded damages or damages exceeding $2,000.00 dollars will be the sole responsibility of the Tenant. The non-refundable waiver does not in any way negate your responsibility as Tenant. The cost to repair damage attributable to the Tenant or Tenant’s invitees due to Acts of God, intentional acts, willful conduct, gross negligence, abuse of the property, violation of lease terms, or pets will not be paid under the ADW and remain the responsibility of the Tenant.
