My family and I just finished a week at this condo. It was the perfect place for a family of four. The sunsets from the balcony were just amazing. It was so nice to be able to walk along the beach early in the morning or late in the evening and be able to just walk back into our room without getting into a vehicle. the other people in the area were all so nice. They made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice, quiet getaway on the gulf coast.

This was the perfect place to stay for us. Air Conditioned and right across the street from the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. Everything you need is right there and if you wanna venture out, it's right no the bus route. Thank you for letting us stay!!!

We stayed here in Oct 08. The apt is smaller than appears in the ad, but its location is great. This is a hotel converted into condo apts, and this unit is in the back of the building. But the front, a short walk out the door, has a huge balcony overlooking the gulf, w/ chaise lounges and tables for eating. Its great. The apt itself is stocked w/ EVERYTHING you need, and that is a huge plus when you arrive. Everytime we thought we needed something, we would look, and there it was. It was clean and well-kept. Its safe, and Pass a Grille is a nice little town (tho there are no food markets w/in walking distance, the Publix is about 3 miles down the road) Great Italian restaurant: Gennaros, just down the main road at the light. Best day trip: Ft DeSoto State Park

We stayed here for the month of February in 2008 and absolutely fell in love with the place and the area. The people that stay there during that time are wonderful. We had such a great time getting to know everyone. We are already looking forward our stay there in 2009.

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo on St. Pete Beach. The location was perfect! We enjoyed walking across the street directly to the beach and sunning on the communal patio/balcony in the heart of funky, historic Pass-a-Grill. After one venture north to the crowded, commercial, overbuilt famous beaches, such as Treasure Island and Clearwater, we quickly hustled back to our laid back, comfortable digs to enjoy some true island time.

The condo is comfortable and weel appointed. Everything that you could need for a vacation is provided. The beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. Pass a Grille is a beautiful, quiet area where we felt comfortable allowing our children to "hang out" until late in the evening. There are restaurants galore, both in Pass a Grille and up and down the beaches. Dont' miss the Dali Museum. Thae sunsets are spectacular.

We stayed at this apartment from June 1, 2006 to June 5. We stayed in a hotel further on down the beach last year. However, it is our plan to only stay at the apartment from now on. This area is the quietest part of the beach. You do not need a rental car because the shuttle from the airport drops you off at the front door of the apartment. The trolley stops about 1 1/2 blocks from the apartment and it goes all the way to Clearwater. It stops across the street from Publix (grocery). The apartment is just down from the dock where a boat takes you to Shell Island. The trolley takes you to other boating excursions. The apartment is on the second story and has a huge deck and the cool breezes are great. It is also directly across the street from the beach. The beach is the best I have been at because it is very shallow for a very long way. There are several good restaurants and several gift shops right in this quiet area. If you want additional shopping, eating, and more excitement, etc., the trolley will take you to all the activities and more populated areas. The apartment was very clean and has new ceramic tile, dishes/cooking utensils, etc.

May 1 2006 What a great place to call home for a week, esp. after a long dreary Iowa winter. This is the second year we have come to this home away from home and we love it. Walk across the street and you are at the beach to hunt shells, walk, watch the dolphins, and watch the great sunsets. The condo is neat, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Its a wonderful place to relax and forget time and recover from work.Thank you for the fantastic vacation home. We will be back. Jim and Sandy

WOW! What a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit! My husband and I just spent three restful days at this well-stocked, clean, and well-decorated condo. The regulars in the area are very friendly and love to share their quaint neighborhood with all who visit. The local restaurants serve delightful cuisine and highlight local seafood. The sunsets are unforgettable! We will definitely plan to return again and again!

We've stayed here in April-May the past three years and have reserved time again during 2006. What a fabulous place! The accomodations are terrific, Pierre and Chris have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. The condo is roomy with a large bathroom, bedroom, living room and kitchen, and it's always very clean and ready for us when we arrive. The laundry facilities are very convenient being located just around the corner, and the large deck looking out over the beach is equipped with a great bar-be-que where most of our evening meals end up being prepared. There's several great restaurants within walking distance, and a comfortable and inexpensive trolley that shuttles you anywhere in the area. The beach is beautiful and within crawling distance! This is a wonderful getaway destination and one that we'll continue to visit each year for many years to come. As a matter of fact, we love it here so much that we took the short boat ride to neighboring Shell Key (Island) and got married here last year, and had our reception on the spacious deck. And did I mention the amazing sunsets?

Our girls' week at your condo was everything we could have wanted. What a place to unwind and do whatever we pleased. The condo is located just 2 short blocks from the Merry Pier where we watched the sun come up in the mornings as well as the dolphins who had their babies with them. We took the shuttle to Shell Island that has scads of sanddollars and other shells for those who love that sort of thing. The best thing about your place was a relaxing home away from home in the evenings as well as sunsets from the balcony. This would be a perfect getaway anytime you need to refresh and rejuvinate your soul. We will return and I wouldn't hesitate to tell others of your little hideaway.

We loved the condo and it's location. It was right on the beach! Everything is right at your fingertips. There is plenty of nice resterants, shops, and the postoffice, all within walking distance. All the resterants were great,We found The Wharf restarant, had good food and family pricing. We felt very safe in this area,we let our 3 children ages 19,16,and 12 take walks together in the evenings in the neighborhood, and they could hang out on the beach and we could see them from the deck of the condo.the deck was probably the best part of the condo. It was absolutely wonderful. You could watch the sunset, and the water from there. It is a community deck, but we did not feel like we lost our privacy,or that we had to talk to others if we didn't want to.We did at times socialize, and other times not.The condo had everything we needed, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We like to call this area Mayberry on the beach! We will be back next year for sure.

This is a beautiful unit - recently remodeled, fabulously equipped with all the comforts of home, and well-cared for. The location is perfect with the beach directly across the street and many restaurants and businesses nearby including a coffee shop and superb restaurant right on the premises. The neighbors are friendly and most are regulars. There is no doubt that the best feature of the building is the deck which is spacious and offers the best sunset views in the area.
