This creates some the best fishing for this area and limits the commercial growth to preserve the quiet and pristine conditions. St Augustine is only 10 min to the north. The beach is 150 yds across the road. The front deck allows the view of the sunrise and ocean all day. The back deck which is elevated provides the sunset over the Intercoastal waterway and marsh.
