We stayed in the condo the week of July 4th, 2007 and had a great time. I have stayed at Summerhouse several times and have always been pleased with the accommodations. However, this condo is by far the nicest. The kitchen is beautiful and very well stocked with every appliance, dish, etc. that you would need. The bathrooms have been redone and are beautiful. The furniture in the condo is new and very comfortable. The owner's took a lot of pride when they redecorated the unit. The view from the balcony is unbelieveable. You can see the ocean with no problem. I really liked the patio furniture, it was nice to have the barstool type chairs so you can see over the balcony. We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely book this unit again.
