A queen sofa sleeper and love seat is in the living room. 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, wireless internet and an iPOD/CD stereo covers your entertainment time.

You are centrally located in St. Augustine Beach in the gated ocean Racquet & Resort, offering up many more amenities including Jacuzzis, 2 swimming pools (1 heated), tennis and racquetball. Local food, shopping and grocery stores are less than a mile away. The lighthouse and historic Old St. Augustine are only a couple miles away.

Cancellations after 14 days will cause your $200.00 to be forfeited. For reservations of 1 month or longer, 30 day notice is required for full refund. January, February and March reservations of a month or longer must be canceled by October 1st to avoid penalty. Winter cancellations after October 1st will result in a $200.00 forfeiture of deposit. Winter cancellations after November 1st will result in 1/2 month’s rent forfeiture. Other Fees: Rates below do not include cleaning fee, lodging tax and miscellaneous resort fees($40).
