This unit was completely renovated in 2006 that now has Corian countertops, new kitchen cabinets, tile floors, new carpet, paint and bathrooms, our special little spot in St Augustine is located oceanside, on A1A on the southern end of Crescent Beach. The area is a quiet, secluded location, with a natural preserve nearby, and the Fort Matanzas National Monument a quarter mile away. This Condo is indeed off the beaten track, away from the usual busy, tourist attractions, making this almost remote location an ideal place for a romantic getaway, a quiet break or family get together. However, it is only 15 minutes to the downtown historic areas of St. Augustine. Their are many things to do near by as Marineland is only 5 minutes away, Orlando is only a 2 hour drive or visit Daytona Beach or Kennedy Space Center.



Our oceanfront location also makes an ideal vacation spot for the avid surfer, or the enthusiastic fisherman. Fish are abundant on the adjacent national seashore. The beach or intracoastal waterway shore are also the ideal location for a romantic walk, to build sandcastles, sunbathe, play in the surf, swim or just to watch one of the many beautiful sunsets St Augustine has to offer.



This condo is special in that it is a home away from home. This condo is two bedrooms and comes fully equipped with major appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, DVD and VCR. We also have many amenities located on the condo complex, for your convenience, including swimming pools,tennis courts racquetball courts, horseshoes, a playground, basketball hoop, and if you bring a boat, we can also offer limited small boat storage.
