Your beautiful one bedroom condo offers a queen size bed as well as a queen size sofa pull out. There is a full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, pots, pans, glasses, flatware and dishes. There is cable television in the living area and bedroom as well as VCR/DVD access. Free Wi-Fi!

Activity Attractions:
10 miles north is St Augustine, the oldest city in the United States. It offers historic tours, shopping and fine dining. The famous Lighner Museum and the Fort of Castillo de San Marco are just a few of the historic sites.
There are over 20 golf courses in the area as well as Golf Village.
Marineland is 5 miles south and Kennedy Space Center and Orlando are only two hours away.
The Alligator farm is nearby and one of the largest outlet malls are minutes on 1-95.

Beachers Lodge is located off 1-95 at Exit 305. Go east on State Road 206 approx. five miles then to Right on A1A. Lodge is quarter of a mile on left. Approximately 50 miles from the Jacksonville Airport.

Wonderful experience - I stayed for 5 days! You couldn't ask for a better location or a more accomodating owner. The unit is steps from the ocean and had a convenience store, bar and restaurants in walking distance. I highly recommend a relaxing stay!

We spent a short weekend getaway in Don's condo the beginning of May. It just happened to be the worst stormy weekend that the area had had in a LONG time. We still enjoyed ourselves in the condo. It was very clean and just steps from the ocean. We were able to listen to the crashing waves right from our room.
Don is such a pleasure to work with. I don't think I have ever had such ease at making a reservation. Even though he is not on site he has Kim who is right there when/if you need anything.
We were able to bring our two small dogs, who felt right at home and comfortable in the condo as well. And We felt better being able to take them along with us!!
Will definitely return!!

We spent a great week in Don's condo (with our 2 dogs), and will be coming back again in the future. Beach is gorgeous, view from the condo superb, and everything was perfect! Don was great in allowing us to extend our stay mid-stream, filling a few empty days between us and his next arrival. We couldn't have been more pleased with our entire renting experience!!

We just spent the last 2 weeks in Don's condo on Crescent Beach at Beacher's Lodge. We had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing holiday at the beach. The Condo couldn't be anymore dog friendly. Our little miniature schnauzer had no trouble making himself at home. It was easy to deal with Don from the first contact. Kim was a delight. Her welcoming smile and willing to help in any way was more than we could ask for. We were sad to go but would love to return next year.

Don's condo is "just what the doctor ordered." Everything you need is close at hand and it's a great value. This year we "discovered" the next door restaurant which is really great. And, of course, St. Augustine has so much to commend it as well. "Lord willin' an' the creek don't rise," we'll be be back again for a week next year!!

We had a fabulous time at Don's condo. The condo itself was perfect...from the location which is on a gorgeous stretch of beach yet close to downtown, to the condo itself which had everything we needed. It was the perfect place for a family Thanksgiving, including the four-legged member of our family. Don was a pleasure to deal with, and we already want to go back to his condo. We can't say enough about what a great time we had, thanks to Don and his lovely condo.

We stayed at your condo in May of 2012 and just wanted to say that we had a fabulous time. The room was perfect, everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds, beautiful view from our balcony. Woke up early every morning just to enjoy the view. Don was great to work with on the reservations and just as nice when we locked ourselves out of our room :) ..Thanks again Don for getting us back in so quickly.

This was our first venture into the "Condo rental" arena, and we were VERY pleased with the result! Don is extremely helpful and the condo could not have been better. Was a great place to get away. Right off the pool, easy access to beach, dog friendly and we had everything we needed to make ourselves at home.
The price was unbeatable, same as we would have paid at any of the pet-friendly mid-scale hotels and much cheaper than fancy ones.

The condo was lovely, the beach is amazing, and we always have a fabulous time. Don is kind enough to let us bring our dog with us, which makes our family vacations even better. We wouldn't rent from anyone else but Don. The condo is wonderful, just the right size, with a gorgeous view. The pool is fantastic and the ocean is right outside your door. Don is a wonderful "landlord", very accomodating and friendly. We have enjoyed two vacations in Don's condos and we plan to return for many more years to come.

We've just returned from a wonderful extended holiday vacation in Don Monroe's unit #218. The condo was spacious enough for the two of us and yet quaint. It was clean and furnished with all that's needed for a great vacation stay. The ocean view and sunrises were awesome! Also Don and his property mananger were both gracious, kind and helpful. It was a pleasure working with Don. We look forward to many more romantic stays in the future.

For several years my husband and I have had the pleasure of renting from Don Monroe. Crescent Beach is one of the best locations on the East Coast of Florida and the units are just perfect for our needs. The furnishings are very comfortable and clean and have a real cozy "beach' atmosphere. Can't beat the location for things to do. In the morning, walking out onto the balcony, hearing the ocean roar and seeing the sun rise is about as relaxing as it can get!!

The location is simply perfect, the ocean view from the balcony is awesome, and the size of the condo was just what we needed for a week-long stay next to the ocean. Mr Monroe was super helpful, both with the reservation arrangements and during our stay, the best owner of a condo I have ever rented from. For the past couple of years we have been spending 3 weeks in April and one week in December at this ocean front condo.We enjoy our time there from morning coffee right on through the entire day. Could not ask for a better ocean view. Close by to everything you can possibly want to do. Owner is always very helpful and accomodating. The only thing we would change is the length of our stays which are probably going to get longer!

The expanded kitchen area was very convenient, and the bed very comfortable. We love the view of the dunes, and the wildlife in them. There's nothing like getting up in the morning and opening the patio door, to see what the day, and the ocean, have in store for us that day...

We loved our long weekend at this beach condo, WHAT A VIEW- you can sit on the patio and watch the kids in the pool and right in front of the pool is a beautiful view of the beach & ocean. Much better then a hotel room with a private bedroom (comfortable King bed) and kitchenette to whip up some snacks and breakfast. Don, the owner is a pleasure to do business with and very accomadating. This place is A+ if you are looking for a simply beautiful getaway that doesn't kill your budget. We plan on staying here often.

You absolutely can't beat the view! Fantastic beach. Could not wait to get up in the morning to look out the sliding door. Comfortable furniture, kitchen well supplied with utensils and pans, very nice home away from home, we hated to leave. We could really relax and just enjoy ourselves. The owner is the best! Would stay there again without hesitation.

As I am confirming our stay here for January, I realized I had not written a review from our August 2009 stay in this unit. We loved our August visit so much that we are going back in January 2010! The view is fantastic, the condo is very clean, and the salt water olympic size heated pool is beautiful...great for swimming laps. The owner is very accomodating and has "guaranteed" warm weather for us in January....LOL! (We can hope?) I know we will have a wonderful time regardless what the weather will be. It's very relaxing!

We have just return from a wonderful stay at this unit. The view was perfect. My wife spent most of every day sitting on the balcony just watching the waves and birds go by. On several occasions we even saw dolphins playing almost right outside of the unit. We could not have asked for a better location. The condo was very clean and was everything it was supposed to be. We are right now booking our next visit.
