Getaway on beautiful St. Augustine Beach.

This newly redecorated condo is a second floor corner unit in an elevator equipped building. We have great ocean views from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. It is located only a short walk from the beach and between the two resort pools.

The condo is comfortably equipped with everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay. This includes central heating and air, ceiling fans, cable TV/DVD in living room and cable TV/VCR in master bedroom,and guest bedroom; two telephones (with free local calls), towels, and bed linens.

The open kitchen is fully equipped: full-size refrigerator with icemaker, full-size stove, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffeemaker, toaster, blender, electric can opener,cookware, dishes, crockpot,pantry and full-size washer and dryer.

Play yard and baby booster seat is available.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large shower bath; the guest room has two twin beds which can convert to a King bed; there is a sofa bed in the living room that opens to a queen-size bed. The second bath with tub and shower is located between the bedrooms.

The balcony has a table and chairs for enjoying the ocean view and listening to the waves. A great place to watch the sun, moon or stars at the beginning or ending of your day!

For fun in the sun we have beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and sand toys.

Outside amenities include two pools, one heated in winter, shuffleboard, tennis, workout facility, guest computer as well as wireless access at the clubhouse, and beautiful sandy Beach.

Excellent location - less than 5 minutes to shopping plaza, grocery stores and restaurants and 10 mins. from nation's oldest city, St. Augustine, for sightseeing and visiting historical sites.
