The property is fully air-conditioned and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open plan lounge and kitchen with an adjacent dining room. Patio doors from the lounge lead to the pool area which is within a screened enclosure. The pool is solar-heated. Patio furniture is provided and there is a gas BBQ available for your use (although not to be used within the pool enclosure).

The master bedroom comprises a queen sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, dressing table and walk-in closet. The two other bedrooms are furnished with twin beds in one and a double bed in the other, plus wardrobe space and dressers. The second bathroom facilitates these bedrooms. Bedding and towels are provided and a spare set of bedding is left in the villa for your use. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the garage.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and is fully equipped with kitchen equipment, crockery and linen.
