The condo was fabulous, spacious, clean & quiet. A short two minutes walk to the awesome pool & beautiful white sand beach. The condo has beach chairs, rolling cooler, umbrella's, beach towels & beach toys for the children. The Gulf water was perfect, small relaxing waves & an adult can wade out 30-40 yards in shallow water. We would recommend this condo & area to all looking for an enjoyable vacation. We loved it!!

The Safigans condo was immaculate and very well equipped.
The garden setting is lovely.It is a short 3 minute walk to the pool and beach area. The facility is very well kept and the guests/residents/staff are all very friendly.
We totally enjoyed our vacation Feb/09.

"My family and I just spent a week in your rental unit at Sista Dunes, and I'm writing to say thanks for a terrific stay. We were very happy with the apartment and the complex - the kids (3 and 6) particularly loved the warm pool and the beach sand, and we all enjoyed sunset BBQs on the deck.
The unit was incredibly well appointed! The wheeled cooler and cart made beach trips easy and the umbrellas, beach mats, towels, etc. really helped. Our relatives (staying in the same complex) kept exclaiming over how well-equipped we were. We were also happy to find the kitchen overflowing with dishes, knives and implements - it made cooking so much
easier. The combination door lock was super-convenient too.
Thanks again, and we hope to be back at Siesta Dunes in the future."
Note to other renters -
Although this unit is not right next to the pool/beach, we found that the equipment more than made up for the slight walk. We could pile all our stuff into the big wheeled cart and just roll it out to the beach, pool, and big deck with shared BBQs. Lots of people cooking dinner on the BBQs at sunset - very convivial, fun atmosphere.

I have never experienced a more relaxing, wonderful vacation as I have on Siesta Key, and in the Safigans condo #105. Brian is very accommodating and communicative. At first I was reluctant because of the location (the map of the complex shows this condo way in back) but it isn't far from the beach at all and actually very convenient. Very clean, very upscale and everything you need for the beach, the kitchen, linens, etc. are all provided. We felt very much at home. Right down the street is a rental place to get bikes, scooters, snorkeling equipment and more. There's also a wonderful little grocery store for everything you need. Also within walking distance is a great Tiki Hut to have a cocktail and some nice restaurants. Lovely community! We felt very safe! The pool is fabulous and everyone is very friendly. The beach is like powdered sugar and the water a beautiful blue. I highly recommend this condo and I will be back!

This unit is beautiful in the Siesta Dunes. I've stayed in or been in 7-9 units over the past 10 years and this is by far the nicest. The owners have stocked it with literally everything you could need for a great vacation. They even had a large cooler on wheels to use for the beach!! I highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to relax in a beautiful surrounding. Since we flew down this year, we were relieved to find beach towels, chairs and even an umbrella to make our beach time most enjoyable. This is a great unit!

Our stay at Siesta Dunes was fantastic. The rental unit is wonderfully supplied with everything you need for "a home at the beach". The items we really enjoyed are; wireless, puzzles, movies, every kind of beach toy you could want (boards, umbrellas, chairs, cooler, etc.). The condo has lovely furniture and all you the things you need - and a beautiful tropical garden view out the sliding glass doors. This condo is perfect for a beach holiday - and a gorgeous round pool too!

It was a pleasure to rent this lovely garden condo from Brian and Carla Safigan. They were flexible to our needs and true to their word. Their condo is spacious, immaculately clean and easy to keep clean, extremely comfortable and has a well stocked (equipment and kitchen tools) kitchen. All you need to bring are your clothes and food and beverages for the refrigerator. Brian and Carla have thought and provided everything else you will need. The condo was immaculate and very spacious. We loved the convenience to the beach and pool, and spent most of our days enjoying the Gulf. There are many good restaurants in the vicinity, and interesting places to explore. We especially enjoyed walking to and snorkeling at Point-of-Rocks. The condo’s amenities are great, including a well stocked kitchen, many clean linens and towels, and beach paraphernalia that helped us travel light. The wireless web connection was reliable and very fast.

Great place. Great set up. Beautiful pool area located right on the beachfront. Very clean. Beautiful beach and gulf front. Super condo set up with everything needed. We like to hang out in our bathing suits and shorts and barbeque and there are 2 great cooking sites- one beach front and one nestled back in grass and trees. Both are in ground gas grills that are very clean. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Well this is our 3rd visit to this condo only we had the opportunity to bring another couple- all of us retired!! We had a great week despite a couple of cool, cloudy days. At least the week ended on a great note. We enjoyed the sunsets on the deck and the harmonica man to entertain us. It was also a bonus to have the gas grill and deck so close by to the condo.
Thanks again for sharing your condo with us. It was great to be here in Siesta Key during the “off season” for a change.
