Located on Siesta Key just a few steps from Siesta Beach, Sundance Rentals is an affordable vacation spot!
When you visit you will be so conveniently located - just a block and a half to the beach, and a block to all the restaurants, pubs, and shops in the village! There are four units at Sundance - two one-bedroom apartments and two two-bedroom apartments. The units can be combined through interior doors to create two three-bedroom units as well.
Sundance rentals is located right next door to Seaside Villas, and larger groups can combine units in both buildings!
Your apartment at Sundance will be completely furnished for a comfortable vacation! Each apartment has a private entrance. A laundry is provided for the exclusive use of our guests.
The one-bedroom units (one bath) are approximately 600 square feet with a full kitchen and all utensils featuring stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The living room has cable TV and VCR (with some movies), and a CD player (with some CDs). We have even provided some games and books. The living room features either a sleeper sofa or futon so these units can accommodate up to four. The dining room table seats four. This is the perfect "hideaway" for your vacation!
The two-bedroom units have two bathrooms and are about 900 square feet. Each master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has either two twins or a full-size bed. These units also feature a full-size washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, cable TV, VCR, and a CD player. Some movies, CDs, and tapes will make entertaining your family easy.

It was within walking distance to the downtown siesta key and the beach which is perfect. The apartment was clean and full stocked with all the items you need if you want to stay in and cook/BBQ (they have a grill in the common area), they have some movies and board games, and nice patio with pool in the back which is perfect to cool off. They have beach towels, beach carts, and chairs, like I said they have thought of everything you need for your beach vacation. I like having the option between the beach and pool, and the pool was perfect size and temperature. There is a bus that runs downtown that you can take to other parts of the area or beaches or there are usually taxi cabs in the area to take you to Sarasota. Other activities are all around this area which are perfect for everyone (para-sailing, kayaking, etc...) The outside decor, reminds me a lot of Key West and the interior is very much Floridian design, which I love. Perfect little get away for a really nice price to make your vacation complete. It is a beautiful condo which is in great shape and offers all of the necessary amenities...even a grill! It's like a home away from home for a week. It was recently painted to a nice green/orange color scheme. It used to be yellow and white but, being from Pennsylvania, I'm looking for the ultimate Floridian experience so I love these colors. They pop! The condo has 4 units (two 2-bedroom units on the upper and lower front of the condo and two 1-bedroom units on the upper and lower back of the condo). You can combine a 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom unit together if you want since there is a lockable door connecting the two units. There is a discount for renting this way. The rooms were clean, maintained a nice "Florida" feel and having two separate bathrooms is really nice. In the 3 total weeks we've stayed in the condo, we've never had any issues at all. Everything worked and worked well (even the blender which was on constant duty). There is a kidney shaped pool in the back and that's great to have on the days when you don't feel like going to the beach. There is plenty of pool furniture around and the pool is lit up at night. There are plenty of pool toys available or you can buy them at a few local shops. This unit is in a prime location just behind the center of Siesta Village and this is one of the reasons why we have continued to rent this exact condo over and over again. You can easily cut through the back of Gilligan's Island Bar and Grill and be right in the middle of everything. Overall, this is a great vacation property and one that I very highly recommend. The communication with Lisa at Sunnyside Properties was great and she kept me up to speed on all of the information I needed to get rolling at the condo. For the price, quality, looks and location of this unit, you just can't beat it for a great vacation!!
