When you visit you will be so conveniently located - just a block and a half to the beach, and a block to all the restaurants, pubs, and shops in the village! There are four units at Sundance - two one-bedroom apartments and two two-bedroom apartments. The units can be combined through interior doors to create two three-bedroom units as well.
Sundance rentals is located right next door to Seaside Villas, and larger groups can combine units in both buildings!
Your apartment at Sundance will be completely furnished for a comfortable vacation! Each apartment has a private entrance. A laundry is provided for the exclusive use of our guests.
The one-bedroom units (one bath) are approximately 600 square feet with a full kitchen and all utensils featuring stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The living room has cable TV and VCR (with some movies), and a CD player (with some CDs). We have even provided some games and books. The living room features either a sleeper sofa or futon so these units can accommodate up to four. The dining room table seats four. This is the perfect "hideaway" for your vacation!
The two-bedroom units have two bathrooms and are about 900 square feet. Each master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has either two twins or a full-size bed. These units also feature a full-size washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, cable TV, VCR, and a CD player. Some movies, CDs, and tapes will make entertaining your family easy.

Deposits:
A $300.00 deposit ($150.00 for one bedroom) is required to confirm a reservation. Total rental charges must be received 60 days prior to check-in. A $300.00 ($150.00 for one bedroom) security deposit (or credit card guarantee) is required. Security deposit is refunded within 30 days of departure, less any damages.
Lodging Tax: 11%
Cleaning Fee: $55.00
Cancellations and Refunds:
A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date to ensure refund of deposit. No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival.
Other Fees:
Rental rates are based on 2 person occupancy for one bedroom, 4 persons for two bedroom and 6 person for three bedroom unit. There is a $49.00 per week charge for each additional person.
