This deluxe 3+1 bedroom townhouse is located in the heart of Siesta Village... Just a few steps to all the shops and restaurants... and only a three minute walk to the world famous Crescent Beach!

For larger groups, units can be combined to offer anything from one bedroom up to ten bedrooms (including our property next door)! Only one week minimum in season! We rent from Saturday to Saturday. This townhouse has a one bedroom unit and a three bedroom unit. The one bedroom unit is approximately 700 square feet with a full kitchen featuring a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The bedroom has sliding glass doors that open out to the private pool.



The three bedroom townhouse is spread out over two levels and has more than 1900 square feet of living space. The living room has two couches, cable TV, and a marble fireplace. The dining room table seats six. The kitchen is equipped with a Jenn Air cook top, through the door ice and water refrigerator, trash compactor, dishwasher, and a convection oven as well as a standard oven. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a two person jacuzzi tub. There is also a full shower and a bidet. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The townhouse is fully-equipped with all linens and cooking utensils.



A brand new in ground pool was installed in January of 2001. The pool is 14 feet by 26 feet and is surrounded by a beautifull deck for sun bathing. Gas grill and patio furniture are by the pool. There is also privacy fencing around the pool.
