Somerset is a small gated community, sitting on the north side of 30A and will have the use of the up-and-coming Seagrove Highlands amenities. At this time, the amenities include use of the clubhouse, with a fishing pier and swimming pool.
There is also a public beach access at the end of the road which is a five-minute walk or golf cart (included) ride to the Gulf.
Beaches of South Walton remains the only destination in the nation to have all 26-miles of coastline certified as "Blue Wave" beaches by the Clean beach Council. This seal of approval helps vacationers identify well managed beaches that are safe, clean and pristine.
