Deposits:
A $100 security/damage deposit will be released after your departure provided there is no damage or theft to the rental property, and all policies and conditions of rental are followed. In order to confirm reservation and rates, 50% of the total amount plus the $100 refundable damage deposit is required upon reserving the unit. Payment can be by Paypal or Money Order.
Lodging Tax: 11%
Cleaning Fee: $100.00
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellation of reservations must be made (15) days or more prior to arrival. A cancellation fee equal to $100 (not including damage deposit) will be charged on all cancelled reservations prior to the 15 day cancellation fee. Late cancellations with less than fifteen days notice, will result in forfeiture of the full advance deposit. Cancellation and early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant any refund of rent.

$10 per day per pet fee. Sorry no cats allowed.
