Old Seagrove is nestled between Seaside and Rosemary Beach with 20 miles of bike trails linking them. Walk or bike easily to nearby shopping and fine restaurants. It's a close drive to Ft. Walton and Panama City airports! Every possible outdoor activity is nearby including art shows and wine festivals!
"Cape Cod" is nestled just barely south of 30-A in the quaint family-oriented neighborhood of Summer's Edge with white picket fences and sidewalks. It has a great old-time neighborhood feeling with two pools – one heated and the other an infinity pool (just across the street). beach rentals are located near the beachwalk.
