It is located on the top floor of
Grand Isle, direclty on 30-A, in the
heart of Seagrove. Of the 12 units in
Grand Isle ONLY 6 are rental
properties!
Our deluxe, professionally decorated
end unit has a spacious living area,
dining room and kitchen, all boasting
southern views over the Gulf and
western views of the famous Emerald
Coast sunsets. The balcony spans the
entire length of the living room and
master suite and is accessible through
either room.
Our master suite features a king size
bed, full bath and large tv/dvd. The
second bedroom offers a queen size bed
plus tv/dvd. The bunk room, designed
with kids in mind, features a full bed
on bottom and a twin bed on top plus a
tv/dvd. These two rooms share a full
bath with a tub.
Sweet 301 is fully appointed with
linens and towels, kitchen appliances,
utensils, etc., telephone, wireless
internet, tv/dvd in all rooms, washer
and dryer, south/west facing balcony
with dining set and lounge area. All
furnishing chosen to please the guest
with descriminating taste, it's pure
elegance at the beach.
The ground level of Grand Isle offers
a coffee shop, sandwich shop and tapas
restaurant. You don't have to travel
far for any of your needs. Grand Isle
offers its guests a private swimming
pool, bar-b-que areas and green grass
for the kids to run around on.
Sweet 301 is a straight shot to the
beach through a private access, just
80 yards from the sugar white sand and
beautiful emeral green water of the
Gulf of Mexico. Daily beach service
available.

Sweet 301 was great! We had 2 families with 3 kids total so the bunk room was perfect. We were also within walking distance of great food..Cow Girl Kitchen (yummy frozen drinks) right downstairs, the coffee shop, and wine shop. And, just down the street we walked to Cocoons, Angelina's, and Cafe Thirty-A. The beach was awesome and we hope to visit the 30-A area again next year.

We rented Sweet 301 over the July 4th holiday. We had a wonderful time and were very pleased with the condo. The decorating is lovely and we thought the location was perfect. We felt very comfortable and at home. We have rented other condos and like this one the best. It was nice to stay in a vacation home that didn't feel like one! We would definitely rent this unit again.
