If making your reservation within 30 days of arrival, payment is due in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds:

ANY cancellation on or before the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of the $325 initial payment.

Cancellations after the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of all money paid unless you have purchased trip cancellation insurance.
