Vacation Rental Home Description

Come enjoy the peaceful family atmosphere to be found at The Great Escape Cottage. Take a relaxing stroll on the beautiful, soft, white sands of lovely Seacrest Beach. The Great Escape is located on scenic County Highway 30-A within the Cottages at Camp Creek community between Panama City and Destin. This comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath house sleeps 9 and has lots of amenities: flat screen LCD TVs and DVD players in every room, wireless internet, sound system with CD in the family room, DVD/VCR & XBOX with games in the front bedroom, full kitchen with all appliances and utensils and full size washer-dryer. The cottage has two telephones with unlimited long distance within the United States so you can keep in contact with those important to you. The roomy walk-in closet in the Queen Bed bedroom is roomy enough for a child's Pak-N-Play for those with little ones. The queen sofa sleeper in the living area provides even more sleeping room if needed. Walk out on to the spacious 8'X24' porch and enjoy the wonderful Florida weather from the comfort of the patio furniture or cook some steaks on the grill. Walking off the porch, you quickly find yourself at the large pool with adjacent hot tub.

Is the beach more your thing? Then walk the less than 5 minute walk across the road to the property's private access to the beach. This stretch of Florida beach is not over built so you will not be fighting for a nice spot on the beach! If you decide to venture further out you will find lots of fun and entertainment very close by; the wonderful restaurants, bars and unique shops of 30-A, golfing at one of 6 courses in the area, shopping at the outlet malls of Destin, or rent a bike and explore 30-A by using its bike path that runs the entire 19 miles of 30-A! Small dogs are welcome, SORRY, cats are not.

Weekly rentals begin with a Sunday check-in on or after 4 PM and check-out by 10 AM on Sunday morning.
