FLORIDIAN STYLE LIVING AT THE MEADOWS

A warm welcome to our beautiful, fully air
conditioned, single storey family home
(2,000 sq ft of living space) with
wonderful views down the full length of
the 17th hole of The Meadows course.

We have tastefully decorated our home
throughout (refreshed Summer 2018). It
comes
supplied with high-end 'Decorator'
furnishings
with ceiling fans running in all rooms.
Our
home is fully equipped with everything you
need to relax and enjoy yourself, just
like we
do.

You have the full use of three bedrooms,
two bathrooms, (one en-suite with "his"
and
"her" vanity units), foyer,
living room, family room, fully equipped
kitchen, dining area seating six, laundry
room with washer, dryer, covered and
screened lanai with solar and power heated
pool and spa. All bedrooms have walk-in
closets.

Our home is located thirty minutes drive
from
the silky sands of Siesta Key, the
fabulous
shopping and plethora of restaurants at
the
new "Mall at UTC" (five minutes drive),
St.
Armand's Circle (thirty minutes drive) and
a
short drive from down town Sarasota, Lido
Beach and Longboat Key.

Your immaculate vacation rental is
situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within a
one minute walk of The Meadows Shopping
Village which includes a gastro pub, all
day deli (Golden Daisy), a lovely Italian
restaurant (Mona Lisa), all three venues
have
lovely welcoming owners, beauty and
massage
therapy centre, ATM.

You are within twenty minutes walk of The
Meadows Clubhouse with The Meadows Golf
and Country Club (web link below) offering
miles of private walking, exercise and
biking trails winding throughout the lush
and beautifully landscaped community which
encompasses 3 golf courses (1 private, 2
open), tennis courts, gym (all subject to
fee), lakes and pools.

Our home is close to a good variety of
shops, theatres, ballet, cinema, all major
types of stores, restaurants and a short
drive to all local beaches.

From the master bedroom, dining area and
family room full width sliding and opening
glazed doors lead out to the covered and
screened lanai and 400 sq.ft. patio area
with ceiling fan, offering you outdoor
Floridian style living and dining whilst
also providing shade. Sit back and watch
the world and the golfers go by.

You will love stepping into our solar
heated private pool and lying on the wet
deck. Relax in our six person spa with
it's adjustable hydro jets and air
massaging foot jets all operated by the
wireless remote controller. Illuminate the
pool area at night with the multi coloured
LED
light system.

ALL BED LINEN, TOWELS AND BEACH TOWELS ARE
PROVIDED.

There is a telephone for local calls and
wi-fi is included and available throughout
the house.

US holiday home. It could be your Florida
holiday home too. Many of our display

positioned throughout the house.

There are always concerns when booking holiday accommodation online, do the photographs shown and the text convey what you will find when you arrive. The anxiety levels increase as you get nearer your holiday destination you have had a long day and a long flight and in the back of your mind you have that nagging question 'what if'. We arrived at Taywater Dell and found it a home from home. It was a very comfortable and spacious. After unpacking (walk in wardrobes are just the best!) we immediately felt at home.
Its location is ideal as it seems that any we wanted to go was more than 20 minutes away accept the Lucky Pelican restaurant which is 8 minutes and should not be missed.
The information supplied in the house was helpful and insightful, so eating out and shopping was easy and enjoyable. We would highly recommend the Ringling museum and house, it was outstanding and well worth a visit.
If you are looking for a tear free holiday house you should put this holiday home at the top of your list.

We have stayed in lots of rented homes over the years but this one takes a lot of beating.
Located in a beautiful area and convenient for access to main roads and highwys, shopping, Restaurants,attractions, beaches etc.
The home is spacious, very well presented in most acceptable decor and quality furnishings.
Nice pool in a large lanai overlooking an attractive fairway vista.
Highly recommended and the owners agent is a GEM ...great help with advice.
