Relax in our SIX PERSON, 7 ft. internal diameter SPA with it's 6 adjustable hydro jets and 6 air massaging foot jets. The wireless remote 4 function controller enables you to illuminate the pool area at night with the multi coloured LED light system !

WE PROVIDE ALL BED LINEN AND TOWELS, BEACH TOWELS and there is NO REGULAR CLEANING CHARGE ON DEPARTURE.

There is a telephone and wifi is included and available throughout the house.

The house is owned by a UK couple as our US
holiday home. It could be your US holiday home. Many of our display pictures depict Floridian themes. Soft furnishings and aesthetic trees, plants and flowers are positioned throughout the house.

LuAnne Wilson of Evergreen Realty Corp. is our Rental Agent. She is lovely and based in Sarasota so if dialling her from outside the USA you will need to add the Country's international dialling code before her local 941 numbers.
