Prefer 3-month rental minimum but may consider less, depending on your dates. High and Peak Season rentals of 3 months or longer: deduct $75./per month. Off Season rentals pay electric cost in addition to rent cost. No cost for additional occupancy, regular departure cleaning or processing fee. Rentals over 6 months don't pay the 11% sales tax.
