The 2 Queen-size Bedrooms are tastefully decorated with light and beachy furniture and beige carpeting, and contains all the essentials of towels and linens.

An Outdoor Patio can be seen through the Living Room sliding-glass doors. It is set in a small garden courtyard and equipped with an Outdoor Table and chairs for privacy in dining.

A large, Community Swimming Pool is located a mere hundred yards away. Or, if you prefer, Siesta Key Beach on the Ocean, can be reached in less than 15-20 minutes. It is rated one of the top 10 beaches in Florida, and is noted for its famous white sands.

This beautiful Condo offers Cable (2 TV's), Internet access, and a separate Washer and Dryer, including an attached garage for securing your car.

More importantly, you are right near a large Shopping Mall for your personal pleasure. Pick up groceries at Publix, or sundries at Walgreens. Visit any one of several large restaurants within walking distance of your front door.
