We stayed in this condo for the month of Jan 2009. This condo is very comfortable, nicely decorated and has a well-equipped and upgraded kitchen. Parking is always available. It is a great location that is a short walk to downtown and no more than 20 minutes drive to anywhere in Sarasota. Nearby shopping is plentiful and includes high end stores and places for bargains. The Red Barn Flea market is in nearby Bradenton and Tampa and St Pete are about 45 minutes away.

I spent a month here in 2008 and it was great! Diane makes every effort to see that the stay is comfortable and hassle-free. The location is close to downtown. The unit is well-maintained. I love Sarasota. I may be back! :)

Awsome! Ten minute walk downtown, or 10 minute drive to beach. Ground floor, quiet, beautiful complex close to everything. Very tastefully decorated with everything you need. We've already booked our return.
