that is located in a new Seaside type community
which you can walk to beautiful white sand
beaches
or enjoy great discount shopping and endless
summer time activities. There are miles of
walking/bike paths and Santa Rosa Golf and
Beach
Club is just down the street. It has 1600 square
feet
of finished living area and will comfortably sleep
up
to 9.

This non-smoking home is beautifully decorated
in a
light Caribbean motif with an emphasis on quality
and comfort. This inviting getaway boasts four
bedrooms, three full bathrooms. The entire
house is
upgraded
in many ways. This house was purposely
designed
and decorated with two things in mind - comfort
and
enjoyment.

Bedrooms are carpeted; there is front deck on
first
level, and balcony off the master bedroom.
Kitchen
has stainless steel appliances and corian
counter
tops. In addition, there are five TVs with built-in
DVD players. Wireless internet connectivity is

restaurant
has a wonderful seafood menu and is within
short
walking distance.

When you are ready to hit the beautiful white
sand
beach with gorgeous emerald water, it's only a
short
stroll to the beach access which has a picnic

and clean restrooms. We walk, drive or
bike(great
bicycling area) the short 0.3 mile to enjoy the
beach.
There are also two community pools in the
neighborhood for you to use during your stay.
The
first pool is only 4 houses down the street.
There are a multitude of great restaurants in the
area and Old Florida Village is just a 15 minute
drive
to one of the largest discount outlet malls in the
region.
