The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach are
located right across the street from
Gulf Place, home to many specialty
clothing and home décor stores as well
as Miss Lucille’s Gossip Parlor, to
grab your morning cup of coffee. Walk
over for dinner at Amore Pizzeria or
the Smiling Fish Café. Gulf Place
often offers entertainment and
festivals in their amphitheater year
round.

Villas at Santa Rosa Beach is located
on 30-A in the Beaches of South Walton
community. A 17 mile biking and
walking trail is located just outside
of the Villas at Santa Rosa Beach
gate. If you didn’t have room for
everyone’s bicycle don’t worry. Big
Daddy’s rents bicycles as well as a
full line of ocean kayaks, surfboards
and beach gear. They also have
complimentary delivery.

The restaurants & shopping of Seaside,
Florida are just a short drive away
from the Villas at Santa Rosa Beach.
The Red Bar in Grayton Beach, is a
must visit for visitors & local alike.

If you decide to escape all of the
wonderful tranquility of 30-A and the
Beaches of South Walton, visit Destin
just to the west. Shopping includes
