Stay on the beach at the Villas at Santa Rosa Beach. Located in the beautiful beaches of South Walton community of Santa Rosa Beach, our vacation condo is a wonderful place to stay while visiting the Beach.
Directly on the white sandy shores of the gulf of mexico, with spectacular Gulf views, our 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath condo is perfect for families, friends and business travelers. The spacious 1,950 square feet floor plan sleeps up to 8 with this bedding configuration: Master Bedroom-Queen, 2nd Bedroom –Queen, 3rd Bedroom -(2) Twins and in the 4th Bedroom (2) Twins, too.
We have Corian® countertops, 5 TVs, 5 DVD players, stereo, keyless lock and even a fireplace for winter travelers.
Relax lounging by the beachfront pool and for those wonderful days at the beach enjoy complimentary beach service (umbrella & chairs) during the summer season.
The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach are located right across the street from Gulf Place, home to many specialty clothing and home décor stores as well as Miss Lucille's Gossip Parlor, to grab your morning cup of coffee. Walk over for dinner at Amore Pizzeria or the Smiling Fish Café. Gulf Place often offers entertainment and festivals in their amphitheater year round.
Villas at Santa Rosa Beach is located on 30-A in the beaches of South Walton community. A 17 mile biking and walking trail is located just outside of the Villas at Santa Rosa Beach gate. If you didn't have room for everyone's bicycle don't worry. Big Daddy's rents bicycles as well as a full line of ocean kayaks, surfboards and beach gear. They also have complimentary delivery.
The restaurants & shopping of Seaside, Florida are just a short drive away from the Villas at Santa Rosa Beach.
The Red Bar in Grayton beach, is a must visit for visitors & local alike. This artsy restaurant has wonderful food and trendy ambience.
If you decide to escape all of the wonderful tranquility of 30-A and the beaches of South Walton, visit Destin just to the west. Shopping includes famous Silver Sands Factory Stores, Destin Commons, and Grand Boulevard to name a few.
The dining in Destin is very popular and ranges from local fish houses to Florida Trend's Top restaurants. You can find everything on our stretch of the coast!
While the beaches of South Walton are home to so many natured based activities, Destin has the Big Kahunas water park and Track Amusement Center.
Destin, Florida is known as the”World's Luckiest Fishing Village,” and boasts being home to the largest fishing vessel fleet in the state of Florida.
