Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen and baths and custom cabinets. The gourmet kitchen includes a large island, built-in wine refrigerator, and breakfast bar. The Dining area has large table that comfortably seats 8 plus a bar that seats 3. The Living area has 50" plasma with dvd, vcr & sound system, plus a small pub table that will accomodate 2. There is also a second Living area with 20" LCD TV & sleeper sofa.
Located at the intersection of CR 393 and Scenic Hwy 30-A, beach access is directly across the road from Ed Walline State Park. Parking, Picnic Tables and clean restroom facilities are available. Lifeguards are also on duty during the day. The Master bedroom has a King bed with private bath &
27" LCD TV. The second guest room has a Queen bed with 20" LCD TV. The third guest room has 2 double beds also with 20" plasma tv.
