We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your villa. We have stayed in my villas over the years in Spain and Portugal, but they did not come close to the high standard found in your residence. My wife and I were so happy with the accommodation that she wants to leave the UK, buy a place Florida, spend 6 months a year there and the rest of the year in France.
In reply to your questions below, we could not fault the cleanliness of the house and pool. We had little contact with the management company and therefore we could not assess them. The air conditioning in the villa was fine but we found a setting of 78 degrees as more comfortable than 80 which was recommended by the management company. If we come back to Florida in the future we would use your villa and we will definately recommend your place to our friends. My youngest son and I enjoyed the bicycles and used them on four out of the eight days we stayed. I cannot think of any improvement to your villa other than you could do with some wine glasses and instructions for use of some of the equipment could be placed in your information file with an idiots guide to their use.
I would like to thank you for hiring your home to us, and I made sure that my children enjoyed themselves but respected your home, after the great amount of effort that you have put into it.

The house was very clean and tidy upon our arrival.
We received a call from the management company on the first day, and then they were very responsive on Easter Sunday morning by stopping by to make arrangements for my brother to take advantage of their golf package.
The pool area was more than adequate. The quality and amount of the lounge furniture was a great addition.
Everything was in fine working order, with these two exceptions that we made note of for the management company: A) The rubber seal on the top of the blender was missing, so that appliance was not able to be used without a spill resulting, and B) The TV remote in the second master bedroom did not work properly.
During the days I turned off the thermostat when the doors were opened to the lanai, but I did not adjust the temperature.

Once again, we were very impressed with your home, and found it to be well stocked, having everything we would ever need. It was apparent that you thought of everything that a family would need while on vacation.

We will certainly consider staying at your home again, because of the quality and service.
